2) fizzy drinks also contain very high sugar content and free radical which would increase the risk of diabetes and skin tissue damage.
3) Plastic bottle contain chemicals that called bisphenol A (BPA). These chemicals are very easily absorbed by soft drinks will cause stunted growth process.
4) carbonated beverages also contain an acid that can erode a person's gut for long-term drinkers.
P / S: Although tasty but do not be too obsessed to drink carbonated water. Advance not only the sugar content can cause heart disease but also my diabetes and obesity.
